Quesadilla Casserole

This is a recipe from McCormick Inspirations. They used to have those little packs that had the seasonings in little compartments and the recipe card on the back, but I think those were discontinued. Either way, it's a hit in our house and I make it a few times per month.

Tips: 

-add extra meat and extra tomato sauce (extra 1/2lb or 1lb of meat and 8oz of sauce)

- use half corn half flour tortillas (Regular tortillas may get a little soggy. Mission sells some of the mixed ones. I get mine from HEB.)

- serve with sour cream, guacamole, and/or pico de gallo.
