So a few months back I attempted the Keto diet. Well, I love carbs too much to be successful, but there were a few recipes I really enjoyed. This is one of them. This tastes exactly like if you took the wrapper off of an egg roll. It's called "crack slaw" because it is SO addictive.

It's amazing on its own, but I did double the cabbage, sesame oil, and soy sauce. This made it more filling and kept the flavor, but I stretched the meat a little more. I've been told that it's great with chicken as well.
